It is your responsibility to ensure you adhere to the below terms and conditions. Team Managers are to take full responsibility for their team.

INSURANCE

Juniors

Registration is $85.00 per player and will include your child’s jersey to play in, a boot bag and drink bottle. This fee is payable on registration. Please speak to a committee member via Facebook or email if you require a payment extension. If you fail to pay this in full by the commencement of the competition then your child will not be able to play. These funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

Seniors

Team Registration is $250.00 and is to be paid in full within 4 weeks from start of the season. If fees are not paid by this date you will be removed from the competition. These funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

GAME FEES

Juniors

All game fees are included in your registration fees.

Seniors

• $7.00 per player per game played is payable on the night.
• A minimum of $42 (6 players minimum) must be paid prior to taking the field. For example, if only 5 players turn up to play, you are still required to pay $42.
• Teams found playing anyone that is not on your team card or insurance form will face a forfeit loss.
• Any players wishing to fill in for other teams must pay the $7.00 game fee. If the player does not pay the fee prior to taking the field this will result in your team forfeiting.
• Player can only fill in if playing up a grade from there registered team.
• Under no circumstances can any players fill in during finals.

PLAYING ATTIRE

Juniors

• Singlet
• Appropriate footwear including socks
• Drink Bottle
• Sunscreen
• Smile

Seniors

• Shirts. Team colors must be worn and numbered on the back or on both sleeves.
• Socks. Players are required to wear socks at all times.
• Appropriate footwear. Molded sole shoes to be worn. No SCREW in studs are permitted.
• Jewelry. Must not be worn at any time during the game. You will be removed from the field until all jewelry is removed or taped.

PLEASE NOTE

All Teams MUST be in full uniform by round 6. Deduction of 1 point per player will occur if not wearing uniform.

FORFEITS

Juniors

Please contact a Committee Member via email or Facebook of any forfeits as soon as possible.

Seniors

Any team that forfeit on the night AFTER 5pm is required to pay $42 game fee before the following weeks game can start. Notice prior to 5pm on the day does not incur a game fee

GAME TIMES AND DRAW

Juniors

The nominated times may change depending on final numbers for the season, but the first game will commence between 5.30pm and 6.00pm.

Under no circumstances can we accept any special requests for guaranteed time slots each week. We will endeavor to rotate the team’s times each week.

The draw will be available on our Facebook page prior to start of each round.

Seniors

The nominated game times run 6.15pm, 7.00pm, 7.45pm and 8.30pm. This is subject to change but we will endeavor to provide sufficient notice if these times change.

Under no circumstances can we accept any special requests for guaranteed time slots each week. We will endeavor to rotate the team’s times each week.

The draw will be available on our Facebook page prior to start of each round.

WET WEATHER POLICY

Juniors

Games will not be played if the grounds/conditions are deemed dangerous or too wet. Every effort will be made to have games go ahead.

Wet weather cancellations will be announced as soon as possible via our Facebook Page.

Wet weather cancellations will result in the draw continuing as normal with no re-scheduling of games.

For the purposes of the competition ladder all matches will be regarded as a draw.

Seniors

Games will not be played if the grounds/conditions are deemed dangerous or too wet.

Wet weather cancellations will result in the draw continuing as normal with no re-scheduling of games.

MISCELLANEOUS

By completing the registration and insurance forms, you will become an automatic regular member but not a financial member.
